Order Fulfillment Time
Most of our orders are shipped out the next business day after they have been placed. However, it may sometimes take up to 15 business days for us to fulfill an order. Each of our products has a “Usually Ships In:” attribute – please use these attributes to estimate how long it will be until we ship your order. If you have multiple items in your order that have differing “Usually Ships In:” attributes, then the most relaxed applies. If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated time frame, then we will contact you through email or by phone about our delay.

Shipping Choices
Currently we ship only with UPS. During checkout, you will be able to choose which of their shipping options you would like to use for your order. Please understand, however, that we can not guarantee how long it takes for your package to be delivered once we tender it to the carrier.

Free Shipping
We may, on occasion, offer free shipping through our website. If your order is eligible for free shipping and you choose to utilize the free shipping option, then we will ship your order through whichever carrier we so choose and with whichever of their shipping methods we so choose (usually basic ground shipping).
